Jessica "Seeka" Holtby, 2x Western Canadian Music Awards nominee, is a Jamaican-Canadian singer, songwriter, university lecturer, and mother of two. Her children's musical act, "Seeka Sings", promotes language and motor development, social-emotional learning, and diversity through a blend of jazz, folk, pop, hip-hop, and Afro-Caribbean sounds. Seeka has graced stages across western Canada, including performances at Vancouver International Children's Festival, Festival du Bois, International Children's Festival of the Arts, Edmonton Fringe Festival, and more.

Seeka's recent works include a French collaboration album, "Amis avec tout le monde", with JUNO-nominated children's artist Will's Jams. To complement this album, Will and Seeka have created a virtual music program for teachers and schools, available through Arts IQ.

Seeka also just released a full-length solo album, "I Belong".
